the "third working conference of the two national standards for hydrogen production by water electrolysis of the china hydrogen energy standards technical committee and the review meeting of enterprise standards for hydrogen production by pem water electrolysis" was successfully held on september 18-19, 2018 at shungeng villa hotel in jinan, shandong. the meeting was hosted by the national hydrogen energy standard technical committee, jinan new and old kinetic energy conversion pioneering area management committee and shandong saikesaisi hydrogen energy co., ltd., from china hydrogen standard technical committee, china national institute of standardization, china electronics engineering design institute, a total of 21 expert representatives from 13 units including beijing university of chemical technology, china gas industry association, csic no. 718, and shandong saikesaisi hydrogen energy co., ltd. attended the meeting, which was chaired by secretary wang geng of china hydrogen standards committee long host. during the meeting, the leaders of jinan municipal government met with representatives of participating experts and the heads of the organizers to discuss the policy orientation of the hydrogen energy industry and the pulse of future development and reform. they also had a heated discussion on the planning and construction of the "china hydrogen valley", which truly reflected jinan's the municipal government's concern for hydrogen production entities reflects our city's determination to implement major projects of new and old kinetic energy conversion and its vision to build a national leading hydrogen energy industry base.

     at the third working meeting of the two national standards for water electrolysis hydrogen production held by the china hydrogen energy standards technical committee on the 18th, various expert committees discussed the two water electrolysis hydrogen production national standards and reviewed the review opinions formed at the second meeting. it revised and discussed the national technical standards of hydrogen refueling stations and hydrogen storage and transportation tanks with water electrolysis hydrogen production as the hydrogen supply mode, so as to provide suggestions for the operation of domestic hydrogen refueling stations.

     on the evening of the 18th, sun bin, the deputy mayor of jinan city, met with representatives of the participating experts, extended a warm welcome to the arrival of the experts, and had a heated discussion with the special experts present at the meeting on the construction plan of jinan's "china hydrogen valley". song weidong, deputy secretary of the party working committee of the pioneer zone and director of the management committee, zou fangming, chairman of saikesaisi holding company, wang shourong, head of saikesaisi hydrogen energy company and other unit leaders attended the meeting.

        on the morning of the 19th, a standard review meeting for pem water electrolysis hydrogen production enterprises was held. the meeting established the domestic pem hydrogen production standards committee to conduct a technical review of the enterprise standards drafted by shandong saikesaisi hydrogen energy co. as the drafting unit, hydrogen energy co., ltd. initiated the formulation of the first national standard for pem hydrogen production in china.
